Ninja Quest Adventure is a ninja obstacle gym dedicated to helping kids build strength, confidence, and resilience through fitness and fun. We offer classes, camps, parties, and open gyms for kids ages 5–13. Our team is passionate about youth development and providing a positive, supportive experience for every child and family we serve. We are looking for individuals with positive energy who can both coach and support a fun and creative environment. Our positions are part-time with paid sick leave and require hard work, dedication, and lots of positive energy.

Birthday Party Facilitator / Open Gym Coach

To be successful as a Birthday Party Facilitator, you need to have high energy individuals and love working with kids. If that sentence describes you and you are interested in fitness, please apply to join our ninja training gym and host birthday parties and open gym sessions on weekends. As a party facilitator/coach, you will be primarily responsible for hosting birthday parties and open gym sessions on weekends. The parties will have children between the ages of 4 and 15 and run 120 minutes long. You will be guiding the party and leading our "Floor is Lava" group game with the children. Your weekly hours will depend on our class, party schedule, and availability. Our weekends are have 4 shifts that range from 4-7 hours depending on what has been scheduled. You can let us know what shifts you are available to fill.

Qualities we look for in a successful candidates include:

  • ​At least 18 years old

  • High and positive energy

  • Friendly, positive attitude, team player

  • Background in fitness (athletics, dance, sports, cheer/cheerleading, or gymnastics)

  • Experience with children in a group setting

  • Looking for a long-term position

  • Must pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation

  • Basic First Aid certification required (company paid)

Available Shifts: Weekends between 9:30am and 8:00pm (Shift timings vary by site)

Hours per week: 4-20

Salary Range: $20+ DOE/Location

Youth Coach- Ninja Warrior

We are looking for energetic individuals who love working with kids and are interested in fitness to join our ninja training gym. As a Youth Coach, you will work under a Sr. Coach and be responsible for teaching the weekly curriculum while providing a safe environment for the children to learn. You will coach small groups of children and work in the gym occasionally for open gyms, unique camps or parties. Your weekly hours will depend on our class, party schedule, and availability.

Some of the qualities we look for in a successful candidates include:

  • ​At least 16 years old

  • Friendly, positive attitude, team player

  • Background in fitness (athletics, dance, sports, cheer/cheerleading, gymnastics, martial arts)

  • Previous experience coaching kids in classes is required

  • Passionate about working with children

  • Must pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation

  • Must pass our on-site training requirements (UNAA certified coach, Basic First Aid/CPR/AED)

Available Shifts: Weekdays 4:00-8:30pm and Weekends between 9:30am and 8:00pm (Shift timings vary by site)

Sr. Youth Coach- Ninja Warrior

We are looking for energetic individuals who have at least 2 years of coaching experience, love working with kids and are interested in fitness to join our ninja training gym. As a Sr. Youth Coach, you will be responsible for leading other coaches, delivering the weekly curriculum, keeping to a timed schedule, and ensuring a safe environment.  By doing this you will be  helping children aged 5-13 develop physically, cognitively, and emotionally while building their self-esteem and confidence. Occasionally have opportunities to work in the gym for open gym, unique camps or parties.

Some of the qualities we look for in a successful candidates include:​

  • At least 18 years old

  • Friendly, positive attitude, team player

  • Background in fitness (athletics, dance, sports, cheer/cheerleading, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, physical education, or related field)

  • Two years experience coaching kids in classes is required

  • Experience leading others

  • Passionate about working with children

  • A certified trainer certifications, such as Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association (UNAA) coach, certified personal trainer and accredited group trainer

  • Must pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation

  • Must pass our on-site training requirements (UNAA certified coach, Basic First Aid/CPR/AED)

Part-Time Gym Manager/Coach

We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and experienced Part-Time Gym Manager to lead our afternoon/evening gym operations. This role combines managing our gym and membership system with duties of a Youth Coach. You will be responsible for ensuring the gym runs safely and smoothly during peak hours, working with parents, and coaching the kids.  If you have experience coaching youth sports and managing teams or programs — and want to work in a fun, active, supportive environment — we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee gym operations during your shift (classes, open gyms, parties)

  • Lead and support coaching staff

  • Add new members

  • Check in students

  • Verify accounts are current and active

  • Assist with customer account questions and updates

  • Coach youth obstacle classes

  • Manage student behavior, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive, safe environment

  • Communicate with parents and customers during your shift

  • Ensure gym cleanliness and readiness for all classes and events

  • Communicate with ownership/management about staff, customer, and facility needs

Some of the qualities we look for in a successful candidates include:

  • At least 21 years old

  • Prior leadership or management experience (gym, youth programs, fitness, or similar)

  • Experience coaching kids in youth sports, parkour, ninja obstacle training, gymnastics, martial arts, or related fields

  • Strong communication skills — able to manage staff, work with parents, and resolve customer issues

  • Experience with conflict resolution/discipline, especially with adolescents

  • Organized and detail-oriented — comfortable using membership platforms (we provide training)

  • Passionate about fitness and youth development

  • Reliable transportation

  • Must pass a criminal background check

  • Must obtain UNAA Certified Coach and Basic First Aid/CPR/AED certification (training provided and paid for if needed)

  • Looking for a long-term role — not a temporary/seasonal position

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.

  • Sales experience is beneficial for promoting memberships and services.
