STRENGTH
Different obstacles require different strength. Well-developed functional strength prepares a ninja for any obstacle that lies ahead, and will transfer over to almost any other athletic pursuit.
FLEXIBILITY
Flexible ninjas can trust their body to stretch, reach, and climb over any tricky obstacle. Flexibility can also help athletes maintain good posture and complete everyday tasks with more ease and comfort.
AGILITY
Navigating a difficult Ninja course is one thing, but understanding how to quickly react or recalibrate your movement is another. Honing this practice over time helps athletes move efficiently.
BALANCE
Ninja training is a great way to improve balance — requiring ninjas to quickly (re)gain their balance in a variety of scenarios. Better balance helps stabilize joints and decrease injuries.
FOCUS
Athletes have always known the concept of being ‘in the zone.’ Ninjas are forced to find their way into a flow state, or ‘zone’, because this sport requires such a high level of focus and precision.
COMMUNITY
Ninja training is a challenge between obstacles and athletes, who often cheer and rally around each other resulting in a friendly and supportive community where everyone feels welcome.
